Your Role:
As an AI Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers using innovative AI-powered products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers across multiple communication channels
- Resolving billing, invoicing and account access enquiries
- Troubleshooting platform and product-related issues
- Guiding customers on products, features and functionality
- Providing clear, accurate and timely solutions
- Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
- Working in a fast-paced, technology-driven international environment
Your Profile:
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Previous technical, IT or AI-related experience
- A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and new technologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A customer-focused approach
- Confidence in troubleshooting technical and product-related issues
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Availability to work scheduled day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is considered an advantage.
