EuroWork Navigator is partnering with a fast-growing artificial intelligence technology company to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its international team.

Joining an expanding recruitment function, you will work closely with company leadership and hiring managers to attract talent across multiple functions, with a strong focus on technology. You will own recruitment from initial outreach to successful closing, while helping develop the tools, processes and candidate experience that support the company’s growth.

Your Role

  • Identify, approach and engage talent across major technology markets worldwide, including passive candidates and professionals who are not actively seeking a new role

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial discovery calls through interviews, offer discussions and successful closing

  • Conduct structured screening interviews to assess technical understanding, relevant experience, motivation and alignment with the working environment

  • Prepare clear, evidence-based candidate summaries for hiring managers

  • Build and maintain relationships with passive talent and develop pipelines for future hiring needs

  • Work closely with company leadership and team leads to understand priorities and deliver against hiring goals

  • Test and implement artificial intelligence tools, specialist communities and creative sourcing methods

  • Improve recruitment workflows and contribute to employer branding initiatives

Your Profile

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including a minimum of 2 years dedicated to technical recruitment, with concrete examples of technical positions successfully filled

  • Previous recruitment experience within a start-up or scale-up environment, working directly with hiring managers and adapting to changing business priorities

  • Proven global sourcing and headhunting experience across major technology markets, such as the United States, Europe and Latin America, including successfully engaging passive candidates

  • Hands-on ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from identifying and approaching candidates to screening, offer discussions and successful closing

  • Practical experience conducting structured screening interviews, assessing suitability and preparing clear candidate summaries

  • Confident daily use of applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools, with a proactive approach to identifying talent beyond incoming applications

  • Fully fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with international candidates and senior stakeholders

  • Strong personal ownership and a hands-on approach, supported by measurable recruitment results

  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience

  • Openness to feedback and a willingness to test new approaches and improve processes

  • Currently based in Europe and available for a full-time, exclusive commitment

  • Open to a business-to-business contractor arrangement, which is the preferred form of engagement

An advantage: Experience recruiting for artificial intelligence roles or familiarity with the sector; practical use of artificial intelligence tools in recruitment; and exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking or recruitment process development.

What Is Offered

  • Fully remote work within Europe, with the freedom to choose your preferred working environment

  • A full-time, long-term opportunity – a business-to-business contract is preferred, with flexibility on the contractual arrangement

  • 20 working days of paid leave per year

  • An annual in-person company gathering to connect, exchange ideas and celebrate achievements

  • A monthly allowance of 100 United States dollars towards health insurance

  • Unlimited individual sessions with psychologists and lifestyle experts through OpenUp, also available to up to three family members

  • A co-working space allowance for up to two visits per month, covering up to €35 / 40 United States dollars per visit

  • A dedicated learning budget for courses, books, conferences, events and certifications

  • A company laptop, plus a monitor budget of up to 250 United States dollars and an accessories budget of up to 150 United States dollars

  • Premium access to artificial intelligence tools, including ChatGPT, Hugging Face and Claude Code

  • Close collaboration with company leadership and the opportunity to shape a growing recruitment function
